At the same time, buyers should not declare the purchase value of the real estate in the contract lower than the actual price to avoid the risk of the tax declaration not being accepted by the tax authority. In addition, buyers may be subject to the risk of being administratively or criminally sanctioned for tax evasion.

Buyers need to prepare a complete and thorough real estate sale contract. The preparation of a real estate sale contract should be consulted with legal service providers.

Real estate sale and purchase contracts must not lack important terms such as real estate value, handover time, responsibility for violations, etc.

In addition, this contract must be notarized at a competent notary office to ensure its legality. Forms of signing real estate sale and purchase contracts without notarization such as handwritten documents or notarized documents... will not ensure the legal requirements on the form of signing real estate sale and purchase contracts.
