Accordingly, the following comrades were transferred and appointed: Nguyen Van Huong, Chief of Office of the District People's Council - People's Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Department of Education and Training; Nguyen Dinh Bieu, Deputy Head of the Department of Finance - Planning, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the District People's Council - People's Committee; Pham Duy Hoach, Deputy Head of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Finance - Planning; Pham Phu Tung, Head of the Department of Education and Training, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Bui Van Khoan, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to hold the position of Director of the District Political Center.

The above cadres have taken on new duties since September 4. According to the assessment, these are cadres with qualifications, experience and many achievements in their work; affirming their capacity, professional experience, leadership and management ability. The transfer and appointment of cadres in Ninh Giang district aims to promote their professional capacity, in accordance with the strengths of the cadres.

Previously, in April and August 2024, the Ninh Giang District Party Committee and People's Committee announced the decision to transfer and appoint the following comrades: Nguyen Dinh Khoa, Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hold the position of Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Nguyen Van Tu, specialist of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Ha Danh Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hong Phong Commune to hold the position of Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Vu Doan Nha, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hiep Luc Commune to hold the position of Head of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Tran Tue Minh, specialist of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee; Nguyen Trong Cong, Inspector of the District Inspectorate to hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the District Inspectorate.
