With the aim of spreading the image of a brilliant Vietnam, constantly striving to shine, singer Orange collaborated with Doctor - People's Artist Bach Tuyet to release the MV "Brilliant Vietnam". "Brilliant Vietnam" was chosen as the theme music video for the project "Vietnam Forum - Vietnamese Moment". The forum is a strategic, multifaceted, non-profit initiative organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Peace and Development Foundation (HPDF) in collaboration with Dentsu Redder, with the support of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

According to Ms. Ton Nu Thi Ninh - President of the Ho Chi Minh City Peace and Development Foundation, the forum is a voice "contributing to the country's rise after 50 years, the path Vietnam has taken is leading Vietnam to a time to assert itself to itself and to the world."
