Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial People's Committee has closely followed the directions of the Government, the Prime Minister, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Council to fully and promptly issue programs, plans, and management solutions, so the socio-economic situation in the province is stable and developing. The province's economic growth rate (GRDP) is estimated at 10.15%, with an overall increase of 8.67% in the first 9 months of 2023 over the same period. Along with economic development, the Provincial People's Committee has focused on fully and promptly implementing policies for subjects in the area; teaching and learning are ensured according to plan; medical examination, treatment, and health care for people are improved in quality; social security is ensured. Political security, order, and social safety are ensured.

At the press conference, the leaders of the Department of Information and Communications summarized the results of propaganda work of press agencies in the province; announced the results of responses from state agencies to press questions raised at the regular press conference in the second quarter of 2023. The opinions of the press agencies were received and directly responded to by leaders of departments, branches and localities at the press conference.
