Female teacher participates in fake seal, certificate and diploma ring

On March 15, the Vice Principal of Ly Tu Trong Primary School (Thanh Hoa City) said that the Thanh Hoa City Disciplinary Council issued a disciplinary decision in the form of a warning to Ms. Hoang Thi Huong (teacher of the school) for violating the law of "Forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations", with a disciplinary period of 12 months.

Accordingly, Ms. Hoang Thi Huong (born in 1976), has been a foreign language teacher at the school for more than 10 years.

According to the investigation results of the authorities, during her time working at the school, Ms. Huong participated in a ring making fake seals, certificates and diplomas.

On August 29, 2022, Thanh Hoa City People's Court sentenced Ms. Hoang Thi Huong to 36 months of suspended sentence.

After receiving the verdict of the Thanh Hoa City People's Court, the school expelled Ms. Hoang Thi Huong from the Party; the Thanh Hoa City Disciplinary Council considered a warning.

Currently, Ms. Hoang Thi Huong is not assigned to teach, but does administrative work at the school.
