As Chairwoman of the Agency Women's Union, Ms. Hieu and the Executive Board have implemented many practical models such as: "Raising piggy banks to save money", earning 260 million VND in 5 years (of which 19 million VND is for the movement); the "Revolving capital contribution" model with no interest, helping 120 members develop their economy , with a total revolving capital of 1.4 billion VND. In particular, she proposed the "Soldier Mother Sponsor" model to support two orphans from 2022 to present with an amount of more than 18 million VND.

Not only is she good at her profession and association work, she also shows her mettle and creativity in the emulation movement. In 2023, she was selected to join the team to participate in the Southern Region Military Women's Union Cadre Competition and won the All-Around Encouragement Prize, receiving a certificate of merit from the General Department of Politics. This achievement contributed to helping the Women's Team of Military Region 9 win the second prize overall, a result that affirmed the development of the Military Region's women's movement and her individual talent.

Behind the image of a good female soldier is a woman who is good at housework. Having encountered many changes in her personal life, she alone takes on the role of mother and father, silently taking care of and guiding her daughter to become a good person. Thanks to her dedicated care and education, her daughter is always obedient and independent, a source of pride and great spiritual encouragement for her to be more steadfast in her work, completing all assigned tasks well.
