Pham Thi Kim Ngoc Anh completes admission procedures
According to information from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Pham Thi Kim Ngoc Anh lives in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. She was born and raised with many losses and hardships. Her father passed away when she was 4 years old, and when she was 12 years old, she suffered another great loss when her mother also passed away. A difficult life became even more difficult, and the little girl had to rely entirely on her uncle and elderly grandmother.
By 2020, due to the pandemic and increasingly difficult life, her uncle and grandmother moved to another place to live, leaving Ngoc Anh alone. To earn money for living and studying, she went to school and worked many different jobs such as night security guard, warehouse guard, restaurant assistant... There were times when she worked as a night security guard from 6pm to 6am the next morning, and had to go to school immediately.
Despite her difficult circumstances, Ngoc Anh always strives to study, achieving the title of good student for 12 consecutive years and dreams of going to university. Ngoc Anh confided: "I grew up in a situation where my mother was seriously ill, so I understand the value of caring for the sick. I want to pursue the field of Nursing to be able to care for and help many patients."
Dr. Nguyen Quoc Anh, Vice Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, knowing Ngoc Anh's extremely difficult circumstances, the school has considered and decided to award her a full scholarship worth 100% of her tuition for the entire course. Hopefully this will be an encouragement for her to study with peace of mind and confidently fulfill her future dreams.
It is known that the scholarship that Ngoc Anh received is a support scholarship for students with difficult circumstances. This is an effective source of support, contributing to solving financial concerns, adding motivation for students to study with peace of mind.
