Female student hospitalized after being repeatedly hit in the head by male classmate

TPO - A 7th grade female student in Ha Tinh was repeatedly hit on the head with a wooden ruler by a male classmate during recess.

On November 11, speaking with Tien Phong Newspaper , the leader of Huong Giang Secondary School (Huong Pho Commune) confirmed that an incident had just occurred at the school where a 7th grade female student was hit in the head by a male classmate and had to be hospitalized.

Accordingly, during recess on the morning of November 7, LKL was repeatedly hit on the head with a wooden ruler by her male classmate BL (in class 7C). After that, the female student returned home showing signs of fatigue, dizziness, and nausea.

The family then took L. to the hospital for emergency treatment and reported the incident to the authorities. Upon receiving the report, the police force of Huong Pho commune stepped in to verify and investigate the incident.

According to the leader of Huong Giang Secondary School (Huong Pho Commune), female student L. was hit 15 times on the head by a male classmate using a 40cm long ruler. Currently, L. is being monitored at Ha Tinh General Hospital.

“The female student herself is in poor health, and being beaten will affect her psychologically. As for BL, she has also beaten her friend before. The school is currently working with her family to take measures to deter and discipline the male student,” said the leader of Huong Giang Secondary School.

Currently, Huong Pho Commune Police are continuing to coordinate with the school and family to clarify the incident, while strengthening propaganda and education to raise awareness among students.
