Firstly, we must continue to raise the quality standards of educational materials, both in traditional print and electronic publishing, and provide technological and content resources to support digital transformation in education .

Secondly, optimize the entire supply chain: printing, warehousing, distribution, and after-sales service planning; standardize, ensure transparency, security, and compliance; proactively mitigate risks; increase demand forecasting capabilities based on data; and strengthen ties with local communities to ensure textbooks reach students not only "sufficient, correct, and timely" but also "convenient, user-friendly, and cost-effective."

Thirdly, we must cultivate "human infrastructure," continuing to train and develop each editor so that they are not only skilled professionals but also possess academic vision; each administrator is not only proficient in their field but also skilled in digital tools; and each member not only completes their own tasks but also knows how to cooperate across departments and units. A capable team is the greatest asset of any organization; and in the fields of education and publishing, human resources are the "value content" of the product.
