On the morning of September 24, at the Tuyen Quang Provincial Convention Center, the first Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, solemnly opened. Comrade Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front attended and directed the Congress.

Comrade Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front presented flowers to congratulate the Congress.

At the Congress, comrade Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, announced the decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Politburo appointed the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term to consist of 68 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to consist of 22 comrades.

Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, was re-appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Party Central Committee Secretariat appointed comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Three comrades were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission: Nguyen Chi Tham, Nguyen Viet Lam and Bui Ngoc Ba.

The Politburo also appointed the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Delegation to attend the 14th National Party Congress, consisting of 39 comrades, including 35 official delegates and 4 alternate delegates.

Mr. Hau A Lenh (born in 1973, hometown Lao Cai province), from May 2006 - March 2010, was an alternate member of the 10th Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Sa Pa district, Lao Cai.

From April 2010 to September 2010, he was an alternate member of the 10th Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee member, and Secretary of Sa Pa District Party Committee, Lao Cai.

From October 2010 to July 2015, he was an alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Sa Pa District Party Committee, Lao Cai.

From August 2015 to September 2015, he was an alternate member of the 11th Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, 14th term.

From October 2015 to February 2016, he was an alternate member of the 11th Party Central Committee and Permanent Deputy Head of the Northwest Steering Committee.

On January 22, 2025, the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee (old) announced the Politburo's decision on Mr. Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister, Chairman of the Ethnic Committee, to cease holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, to transfer, assign, and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee, and to appoint him to participate in the Military Party Committee of Military Region II, term 2020-2025.

On June 30, 2025, the Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committees held a ceremony to announce the Resolution and Decision of the Central and local governments on merging administrative units. At the ceremony, Mr. Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.
