Mr. Pham Hoang Son was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

Bac Ninh held a conference to announce the Central Secretariat's Decision on transferring and appointing Mr. Pham Hoang Son to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of November 14, at the Provincial Conference Center, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee attended and presented the Decision.

According to Decision No. 2522-QDNS/TU dated November 14, 2025 of the Secretariat, Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; at the same time, he was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong congratulated Mr. Pham Hoang Son on being entrusted with a new task by the Politburo and the Secretariat. Mr. Duong said that, implementing the Politburo's policy on arranging the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee who is not a local, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, was transferred to Thai Nguyen to be introduced for election as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Along with that, Mr. Pham Hoang Son was assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee and will be introduced for election as Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee assessed Mr. Pham Hoang Son as a cadre who grew up from the grassroots, had worked in many positions, had capacity and experience in Party building and state management. No matter what position he held, he always demonstrated a spirit of solidarity and responsibility, and excellently completed the assigned tasks.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong believes that Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Son will promote his capacity and enthusiasm, together with the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, to successfully complete the tasks, meeting the expectations of the Central and local governments in the context of many new requirements and great challenges.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Pham Hoang Son expressed his honor at being entrusted with the new responsibility by the Secretariat. He thanked the Central leaders, generations of leaders and people of Thai Nguyen province, who had created conditions for him to train and grow.

Mr. Son affirmed that he will maintain his political mettle, exemplary spirit, and put the interests of the Party and people first and foremost; at the same time, promote solidarity, creativity, and dedication to socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, and build a strong political system, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Bac Ninh, towards the goal of becoming a centrally-run city before 2030.
