When I am successful and have experience, I share it with everyone in the village. Thanks to that, the number of poor households in Pa Hoc village has gradually decreased year by year. In particular, I always propagate and mobilize my children and grandchildren, and the people in the village to properly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; take care of business, develop the economy, maintain security and order in the locality; actively study, stay away from social evils; participate in the border marker self-management team, strictly comply with border regulations, do not illegally preach religion, or grow opium poppies...” - Mr. Tho shared.
