Khanh Hoa PC applies CMIS Mobile in field work

Since March, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (PC Khanh Hoa) has officially operated the CMIS Mobile application (customer management information system software on mobile devices with internet connection) to support employees in the Electricity industry to work and quickly handle tasks right at the scene. This information technology application is being widely deployed by the company, promoting the digital transformation process at the unit, aiming to serve customers better and better.

Application of CMIS Mobile software in field processing.

Accordingly, Khanh Hoa PC deploys the CMIS Mobile field application on mobile devices, which can be used for both Android and iOS operating systems, to support the company's specialized departments to work right at the site; applied to the work of hanging and removing measuring equipment and surveying, making estimates for installing new meters of the power supply - electricity service subsystem. If in the past, the work of hanging and removing measuring equipment at the site was all done manually, now the specialized power force only needs to use a mobile device with internet connection, with the CMIS Mobile app installed to be able to update the suspension and removal records (periodic meters, meters for new customers...), enter device parameters, digitized signatures of the parties, and actual images of the meters are also stored right on this application, thereby ensuring publicity, transparency, and limiting confusion in the data update process.

The survey and estimate of low-voltage customer electricity supply is also carried out quickly and effectively. Survey staff through the CMIS Mobile app receive the list of requests (new installation, relocation, increase of electricity meter capacity...), then conduct the survey, estimate the cost... right on the site and return the survey results to the management department at the electricity company, thereby shortening the time to handle customer requests, helping customers to know immediately the survey results, information about any additional costs, if any.

Putting CMIS Mobile application into use at the field has contributed to improving professionalism in providing electricity services, reducing implementation time, creating digital experiences for customers through OTP digital signature (code sent to customer's phone number)...
