Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong is the new director of National Economics University.

Before being appointed as director of the National Economics University, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong held the position of deputy director of the university.

The Minister of Education and Training has just issued a decision to recognize Associate Professor Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong - Deputy Director of the National Economics University, to hold the position of Director of the National Economics University for the 2021-2026 term from August 1.

Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong, 52 years old, graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from the National Economics University in 1994. In 1997, he graduated with a master's degree in business administration from Boise University (USA); in 2007, he received a doctorate in economics from the National Economics University.

From 1994 to present, he has continuously participated in teaching, as a lecturer in international economics and international business at faculties/institutes of the National Economics University.

He has held positions such as Deputy Director of the International Business Consulting and Training Center; Chief of Office/Director of the Institute of Advanced and High-Quality Training, National Economics University.

The National Economics University currently has about 25,000 full-time students and more than 1,200 staff and lecturers. The number of undergraduate training majors is 60, and 28 doctoral training majors. In the development strategy for the period 2021-2030, the school aims to be among the top 5 universities in Vietnam.
