Hoa used 20.4 billion VND (19.3 billion VND from the 3 calling accounts, 1 billion VND transferred by Pham Thoai from the Fund to Support People in Difficult Situations that Pham Thoai had previously mobilized) to pay for hospital fees and living expenses for Hoa and her children during the treatment of Hai.
