In the 2025-2026 school year, Thai Nguyen province is expected to recruit 3,612 professional and technical labor contracts according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP of the Government in the field ofeducation , with a total cost of over 327.8 billion VND/12 months.

After 2 years of implementing Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP of the Government in Thai Nguyen province, it has brought positive results, helping to reduce the pressure of shortage of teachers and staff in schools, contributing to improving the quality of education. However, in reality, many public service units have not recruited enough contract workers assigned by competent authorities because some localities lack recruitment sources. In addition, the contract term of no more than 12 months makes workers feel insecure about their work.

Concluding the Conference, the representative of the Provincial Federation of Labor thanked the delegates for their comments; issues related to mechanisms and policies will be compiled by the unit to send to specialized agencies according to regulations.
