Specifically, the budget for implementing social sciences and humanities research topics, applied science and technology research at the provincial level includes central-level counterpart funds and pilot production projects of over VND 2.9 billion; the budget for implementing social sciences and humanities research topics, applied science and technology research at the grassroots level and pilot production projects of over VND 2.6 billion.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Science and Technology to be responsible for reviewing documents, appraising the content and funding of each task according to current regulations.
It is known that in 2024, the province has implemented 57 science and technology tasks at all levels. Of which, 40 tasks are transferred from 2022 and 2023; 18 newly approved tasks will start implementation in 2024.
