On the morning of September 4, Kien Hung Commune Party Committee organized the second ceremony of awarding Party Badges on September 2, summarizing the work of organizing the first Congress of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending and directing were comrade Le Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board.

On this occasion, Kien Hung Commune Party Committee had 18 Party members awarded and posthumously awarded the Party Badge. Among them, 1 comrade received the 65-year Party Badge, 3 comrades received the 60-year Party Badge, 1 comrade received the 55-year Party Badge, 1 comrade received the 50-year Party Badge, 7 comrades received the 45-year Party Badge, 4 comrades received the 40-year Party Badge and 1 comrade received the 30-year Party Badge.

The conference also commended 11 collectives and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing the 1st Commune Party Congress.

After listening to the summary report on the leadership and direction of the organization of the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030; working with the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Kien Hung commune and inspecting the actual investment project to develop infrastructure of Tan Trao industrial park (phase 1), the Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, solidarity and determination of the collective Party Committee and government of Kien Hung commune in organizing the congress, achieving many outstanding results.

The new Executive Committee needs to quickly develop an action program, inspection and supervision plan for the entire term; concretize the Resolution with a practical project following the motto of "6 clear". The commune proactively arranges and assigns cadres with the right expertise, in a streamlined and effective manner; upholds the spirit of serving the people; promotes Party building and rectification, and promotes the exemplary role of the leader.

The locality needs to focus on implementing key projects, especially speeding up site clearance, striving to start the LNG driving force project to welcome the City Party Congress. Planning work must be reviewed and adjusted in accordance with development orientation. At the same time, deploy projects and tasks to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, accelerate the completion of new rural criteria, strive to achieve the standard of "friendly government" by 2027, and build a drug-free commune model.

The Party must attach importance to mass mobilization work, consolidate the great national unity bloc, proactively grasp the ideology and public opinion, and promptly resolve difficulties at the grassroots level. Thereby, building a clean and strong political system in all aspects, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable development in the new period.
