Spectacular fireworks "light up" the sky of Ho Chi Minh City on the Great Festival day

On the evening of April 30, Ho Chi Minh City organized 30 fireworks displays to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Of the 30 locations, there are 2 high-altitude locations (Saigon River Tunnel in Thu Duc City and Ben Duoc Temple, Cu Chi District), and 28 low-altitude locations. Some special areas will fire fireworks from barges on the river such as Rach Chiec, Saigon River, Van Phuc urban area or Ben Bach Dang wharf.

According to records, from the afternoon of the same day, thousands of people flocked to the city center to choose beautiful locations, ready for a colorful and emotional festival night.

The city has deployed forces to regulate traffic on key routes and event areas.
