Also attending the festival were Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Vu Hoai Bac - Head of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs; along with representatives of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security's professional departments, leaders of departments, branches and unions in the province, leaders of the Provincial Police, leaders of the Party Committee, authorities and a large number of local people.

In the exciting atmosphere of the national solidarity festival, delegates and people of Van Xa residential group reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam National United Front. At the same time, they evaluated the results achieved in the movement of national solidarity to build a cultural life at the grassroots level.

In recent times, Van Xa Residential Group has promoted propaganda, mobilized and guided people to promote the spirit of solidarity, actively compete in labor production, build civilized and modern residential areas, and contribute to the locality in building civilized urban areas. The number of workers in the Residential Group with stable jobs and high average income reached 100%; the poverty rate decreased to 1.55%.

In 2023, through evaluation, the number of households achieving the title of cultural family reached nearly 94%; the residential group maintained the title of Cultural Residential Group. Currently, 100% of people in the residential group have access to clean water; the waste collection rate reached 100%; many roads in the residential group were recognized by the ward as bright - green - clean - beautiful roads...

Speaking at the festival, Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc praised the contributions and efforts of the Party cell, government, the Front Working Committee, organizations and people that have created outstanding achievements for the locality.

In the coming time, to continue promoting the strength of national solidarity and well performing the tasks of economic , cultural and social development, ensuring national defense and security in the province, Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc hopes and always expects that the Party committees and authorities at all levels of Ha Nam province in general, Yen Bac ward, Van Xa residential group in particular will continue to promote good traditions, building a rich and civilized homeland.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc suggested that the Party Committee should pay attention to building a strong political system; innovate the content and form of propaganda, mobilize people to actively participate in the movement of the whole people to protect national security; the government needs to fully implement policies, promptly resolve issues of concern to the people; the Vietnam Fatherland Front continues to raise high the flag of gathering great national unity to join hands to promote the implementation of campaigns and emulation movements throughout society... Van Xa residential group continues to unite, join hands to build the homeland, always worthy of being a model in all movements at the grassroots level.

In addition, the police force at all levels from the provincial to the grassroots level must grasp the situation; promptly detect, advise and effectively handle problems arising at the grassroots level; with the noble goal of always maintaining peace and happiness for the people.
