From a survey of actual production and business activities at cooperatives in Lam Dong province, Tan Tien Cooperative found that participating in the value chain not only helps reduce production and business costs by 5 - 8%, but also helps increase members' income by 20 - 25%.

Lam Dong Cooperative Union said that in April 2025, Tan Tien Cooperative was one of three cooperatives in Lam Dong province to receive the Cooperative Star Award - COOP Star Awards 2025 from the Vietnam Cooperative Union. The predecessor was a vegetable, root and fruit cooperative, established in 2009, with the purpose of linking production between households producing and consuming agricultural products for households in the area of ​​Ward 12 (old), in 2012, Tan Tien Cooperative was officially established. On April 15, 2016, Tan Tien Cooperative converted to a new cooperative model. Since then, Tan Tien Cooperative has been an active member of Lam Dong Cooperative Union. Mr. Mai Van Khan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tan Tien Cooperative shared: “We currently have 165 members. The total charter capital of Tan Tien Cooperative is more than 3.5 billion VND. In addition to the members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, we also have 5 office staff and over 40 direct workers at the Cooperative”. According to Mr. Mai Van Khan, in 2024, Tan Tien Cooperative purchased and consumed 4,720 tons of vegetables, tubers and fruits of all kinds, with an average revenue of over 26 billion VND. Tan Tien Cooperative helps 40 workers have regular and stable jobs with an average income of over 9 million VND/person/month. Tan Tien Cooperative has also paid over 207 million VND to the state budget. Most importantly, Tan Tien Cooperative always plays a good role in supporting farmers by promoting linkages in production and building value chains. At the same time, improve the quality of agricultural products, help stabilize the market, contribute to improving the lives of members, open up job opportunities for local people, stabilize life, and gradually change awareness about economic practices.

According to Mr. Mai Van Khan, Tan Tien Cooperative is managing 125 hectares of vegetables in greenhouses, in addition to linking with other farmers to maintain the operation of about 155 hectares of vegetables grown in greenhouses.
