Approving the Task of Adjusting the 1/500 Planning of the Northern Distribution Center

The planning research location belongs to the administrative boundaries of Kim Hoa commune and Chi Dong town, Me Linh district, Hanoi city. The North borders the planned agricultural green land. The East coincides with the planned road boundary (cross-section 24m and 20.5m). The West coincides with the previous detailed planning boundary. The South borders Ngo Mien street and the boundary of the Northern region's transportation exploitation center project. The planned land area is about 15.5 hectares.

The planning is made to determine the land use function in accordance with the nature and development orientation of the area. Balance the architectural planning indicators on social infrastructure and technical infrastructure in accordance with the GN and GN(C) urban zoning plans, design standards and current regulations. Synchronously connect the technical infrastructure and social infrastructure systems in the area.

At the same time, develop management regulations according to planning projects, as a basis for managing investment projects according to planning, adjusting investment projects according to regulations, proposing a list of priority investment projects, implementation resources, controlling urban development and management...

The nature and function of the planning research area is the Headquarters - Product introduction center (distribution and delivery of finished products) of agencies and units with the requirement of ensuring hygiene and safety, not causing environmental pollution according to regulations; urban green trees (green parks, ecological agricultural green trees).

The time to complete the planning project is 6 months from the date the planning task is approved. European Plastic Window Co., Ltd. is assigned to organize this planning.

The City People's Committee requests Chau Au Plastic Window Company Limited to be responsible for implementing the project in accordance with the schedule and current regulations of the State and the City on planning, investment and construction management; closely coordinate with relevant Departments and branches, Me Linh District People's Committee, Kim Hoa Commune People's Committee and Chi Dong Town People's Committee, agencies, organizations and local communities to conduct research and implementation in accordance with current regulations.
