Da Nang invests in 1,476 social housing units at Hoa Hiep 4 Resettlement Area

DNO - On the afternoon of October 31, the Department of Construction informed that the Social Housing project at lot B4-1, B4-2 in Hoa Hiep 4 Resettlement Area (Ecohome Hoa Hiep) has invested in 1,476 social housing units.

Ecohome Hoa Hiep project is located in Lien Chieu ward and Hai Van ward, invested by Thu Do Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company.

The project started on September 15, 2025 and is expected to be completed in August 2029. The construction site has an area of ​​approximately 4.27 hectares. Of which, the total construction area is approximately 13,199 m², the total construction floor area is approximately 191,290 m².

The project includes 3 housing projects (social housing and commercial apartments), 1 kindergarten project and technical infrastructure projects.

The total number of social housing apartments in the project is 1,476, of which 1,180 are for sale and 296 are for rent.

The estimated selling price of social housing, including VAT and excluding maintenance costs, is 18 million VND/m². The estimated rental price of social housing, including VAT, is 131,000 VND/m²/month.

According to the investor, the expected time to start receiving registration documents is from January 2026, on weekdays (excluding Sundays), mornings from 8:30 to 11:30, afternoons from 13:30 to 17:00. Receiving documents ends in December 2026.
