Tuan Chau Ward: Collecting opinions on 2 planning projects to improve the quality of residential areas

On the morning of October 30, Tuan Chau Ward People's Committee held a conference to collect opinions from relevant organizations, individuals and communities on two planning projects: "Adjustment of 1/2000 scale zoning of Sub-zone 7 in Viet Hung Ward, Tuan Chau Ward, Quang Ninh Province" and "Detailed planning at 1/500 scale of Tuan Chau Public Park Project".

The representative of the consulting unit reported the content of the Project "Adjusting the 1/2000 scale subdivision of Subdivision 7 in Viet Hung ward, Tuan Chau ward, Quang Ninh province".

At the conference, delegates discussed and gave comments on the content of the Project "Adjusting the 1/2000 scale zoning of Subdivision 7 in Viet Hung ward, Tuan Chau, Quang Ninh province".

According to the Project, the boundary scope of the planning adjustment study belongs to the wards: Viet Hung, Tuan Chau. The specific boundary, the North borders the Pha Lai - Cai Lan railway line; the South borders National Highway 18A; the West borders the Ha Long - Van Don Expressway; the East borders National Highway 18A and the K130 Petroleum Depot. The planning area is about 1,115 hectares. The main functions include: Regional entertainment and experience parks; existing urban residential areas renovated and newly developed, combined with tourism services; infrastructure hubs and support services; areas ensuring national security.

The zoning adjustment aims to develop the urban area in conjunction with the renovation of existing areas, effectively exploiting potentials and advantages; improving the quality of the living environment and general landscape. At the same time, it creates a legal basis for implementing planning projects in accordance with regulations.

The representative of the consulting unit reported the content of the Project "Detailed planning at scale 1/500 of Tuan Chau Public Park Project".

Regarding the Project "1/500 scale detailed planning of Tuan Chau Public Park Project", delegates highly agreed with the presentation content. The planning area belongs to Tuan Chau ward and Viet Hung ward, with an area of ​​about 617.44 hectares. The architectural space and landscape are oriented to develop according to the urban public park model, serving the community and tourists, with the main function of outdoor recreation and entertainment. The formation of the park will contribute to urban renovation and beautification, improving the quality of the architectural landscape of the hill and forest areas of Tuan Chau ward and Viet Hung ward.

Concluding the conference, local leaders accepted the opinions of delegates; at the same time, requested the investor and consulting unit to closely coordinate with the ward in publicizing, collecting public opinions and completing documents and procedures for planning projects according to regulations.
