The meeting heard Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son announce Decision No. 534/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the development of the Project to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 22-NQ/TW and the operating regulations of the members of the Steering Committee; the leader of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on the draft summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 22-NQ/TW and the work to serve the summary of the resolution that has been deployed to date. A number of central and local ministries, branches and agencies presented reports on the results over 10 years of implementing international integration work in the fields of culture, society; science - technology; education - training, national defense - security and proposed directions and tasks until 2030.

Speaking at the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that Resolution No. 22-NQ/TW is of great significance, marking a new step forward in international integration, contributing to enhancing the country's role and position with partners around the world . In addition to the achieved results, the implementation of the Resolution still has certain shortcomings and limitations; the Prime Minister requested members of the Steering Committee to focus on reviewing and identifying the situation, thereby proposing tasks and solutions, especially breakthrough strategies to improve the effectiveness of international integration in all fields in the new context.
