The film was released in the context of online fraud and phone fraud in Vietnam happening more and more. Fraudulent tricks have also become more sophisticated and complicated, leaving serious consequences for victims, including many young people.
"Instead of just focusing on the crime-solving aspect, the film focuses on the psychology of the deceived person, the panic of being caught in a financial trap and the hidden corners behind it," the crew said, promising a storytelling style imbued with social realism.
Director Oscar Duong shared that to effectively convey the message, the film aims to accurately reflect the current social situation.
“My team and I proactively approached, interviewed and learned a lot from experts in the fields of accounting, finance, banking and through lawyers to learn more about current economic laws; especially the psychology of today's young people, their views on finance, dreams and motivation to make money," the filmmaker shared.

The main character in this film is actor Lien Binh Phat. He has just received a nomination for best actor at the Golden Bell Awards (Taiwan, China), in the film "Doctor in a foreign land" which also has a psychological and social realism theme.
According to the film crew, actor Lien Binh Phat possesses all the elements the role requires, such as the ability to look directly into the camera to express the character's psychology standing between the boundary between right and wrong.
