In 2024, Vinh Phuc will carry out its socio -economic development tasks in a context of mixed advantages and difficulties. However, the province's socio-economic situation has been clearly showing positive recovery and prosperity in all three economic sectors.

In particular, Party committees and authorities at all levels have made many efforts to improve the effectiveness of State management of land, creating positive changes, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the area.

However, in some localities, the settlement and handling of existing land violations still face many difficulties. To strengthen the work of preventing, stopping and handling violations of land law, we hope that at this session, the Provincial People's Council will continue to research, innovate, and issue appropriate and synchronous land management and use mechanisms and policies; remove "bottlenecks" of land violations that have existed for a long time and have complicated land origins.

Thereby helping localities complete their committed targets and tasks, people settle down and make a living, turning land resources into resources and capital for local socio-economic development.
