On the evening of April 9th, Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, attended a meeting with Party members of the Lap Cong residential area Party branch, Bac Son ward, Sam Son city. At the meeting, representatives of the Party Committee of Lap Cong residential area informed the party members about current affairs and internal information work; evaluated the results of leadership and direction in implementing tasks in the first quarter and deployed key tasks for the second quarter of 2024.

Accordingly, in the first quarter of 2024, the Lap Cong residential area Party branch focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of the key political tasks of the residential area. Specifically, the Party branch committee disseminated directives and resolutions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the Sam Son City Party Committee, and the Bac Son Ward Party Committee to all Party members in the branch.

In addition, the Party cell of Lap Cong residential area focused on leading and directing the successful implementation of all political, economic , cultural, social, national defense and security tasks, as well as Party building and the political system in the area.

During the meeting, the party members in the branch engaged in lively and frank discussions, pointing out existing shortcomings and limitations, and proposing solutions for the branch to focus on leading and directing in the coming period.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, assessed that the preparation and conduct of the Party branch meeting were carried out seriously and in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; affirming the leading role of the Party branch; and demonstrating the spirit of unity in leading and directing socio-economic development in the locality. During the meeting, Party members engaged in lively and focused discussions, contributing many ideas to the drafting of the Party branch's resolution.

The Party cell focuses on leading the entire population in actively ensuring security and order, creating a safe and healthy environment for residents and tourists. It pays attention to education and training; ensuring the best conditions for children to study, train, and grow. It improves the quality of activities of mass organizations, participating in building a civilized and model street. Along with that, it focuses on identifying outstanding individuals to continue doing well in Party development. It continues to maintain regular meetings, effectively implementing the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism, and clearly defining key tasks and priorities monthly and quarterly for leadership implementation.
