Visiting and presenting gifts to disadvantaged children being treated at Can Tho City Oncology Hospital, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan kindly asked about and encouraged the children and their families to rest assured during their treatment, wishing them a speedy recovery to enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival with their family and friends.
At the same time, the Vice President presented 30 gifts to children being treated at the hospital, each gift including 2 million VND in cash and candy worth 300,000 VND, so that the children could enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival.

On the same evening, the delegation of Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, leaders and departments of Can Tho City attended the "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" program for children in Long Phu Commune (Can Tho City). Attending were representatives of local departments and more than 500 children of Long Phu Commune.

The "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" program gave Mid-Autumn gifts to children in special and difficult circumstances in the area, including 30 children receiving scholarships (VND 1,000,000/child) and candies (VND 300,000/child); 30 children receiving bicycles (VND 1,750,000/child) and candies (VND 300,000/child).

During the program, representatives of sponsors also symbolically presented children's bookshelves and sponsored some disadvantaged children in Long Phu commune... The festival ended with a Mid-Autumn Festival feast for the children.
