Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo identifies science and technology, innovation and digital transformation as the main driving force for breakthrough development, promoting economic growth and enhancing national competitiveness.
At the 2025 Banking Industry Digital Transformation Event, SHB Vice Chairman and Deputy General Director, Mr. Do Quang Vinh presented the Bank's integrated payment solutions, in particular supporting digital transformation with administrative units and public administrative units. The presentation made an impression and received the attention of delegates attending the event.

Up to now, hundreds of administrative units such as schools, hospitals, state organizations, state-owned enterprises, etc. have trusted and used SHB's products and services. Financial solutions for administrative units apply modern technology, integrating payment functions with management software, helping units promote digital transformation, save resources and time in payment management, and effective financial management.
For patients visiting the hospital, payment by QR code helps to easily pay for medical examination and treatment services without having to carry cash, minimizing waiting time and risks. QR codes are placed at the hospital's cashier counters or attached to each examination form, prescription... Patients/patients' relatives can use the Mobile Banking application of all banks to scan the QR code to pay hospital fees.
At the same time, hospitals use integrated payment solutions to integrate personal medical records with national data, making revenue and expenditure transparent and preventing fraud.

In addition to digital solutions for corporate customers, administrative units, etc., SHB has also developed many digital initiatives for individual customers, continuously improving digital banking applications, ensuring smooth and synchronized financial transactions on all transaction channels. To date, more than 95% of SHB's operations and processes have been digitized. More than 98% of transactions of individual and corporate customers are conducted entirely through digital channels such as Mobile banking and Internet banking.
Bank of Future - SHB model aims to fully integrate modern, leading technology platforms such as AI, Big Data, Machine Learning... into all processes, solutions, services, and products.
The project is expected to comprehensively change SHB's competitiveness and customer service capacity and bring important results in 2025 and 2026 including: Advanced digital services, digitizing customer journeys, improving customer experience, increasing automation, increasing efficiency based on data technology... At the same time, the project will modernize the entire operational and operational processes of business units, branches, and transaction offices, establishing a scalable technology platform in the future to support the bank's long-term growth and innovation.

In the 2024-2028 transformation strategy, SHB aims to become the top 1 bank in terms of efficiency; the most favorite digital bank; the best retail bank and the top bank providing capital, financial products and services to strategic private and state corporate customers, with a supply chain, value chain, ecosystem, and green development. By 2035, SHB will become a modern retail bank, a green bank, and a top digital bank in the region.
SHB's strong digital transformation process contributes to the digital transformation, innovation and application of science and technology of the country in general and the banking industry in particular.
