Reporting to the working delegation, comrade Tran Hoang Nhat Nam, Party Secretary and Chairman of Binh Ninh Commune People's Committee, said: Binh Ninh Commune Party Committee has established 38 subordinate Party cells with 566 Party members. Since the two-level government apparatus was put into operation, the Commune Party Committee has thoroughly disseminated the Party's guidelines and State's policies to all cadres, Party members and people.

Strengthen the grasp of the ideological situation of cadres and party members, especially those affected by the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus. Regarding the operation of the Commune Public Administration Service Center: The location of the Center is located at the former Binh Ninh Commune People's Committee Hall. The facilities are reused from 3 old agencies. In general, the basic equipment such as: Computers, printers, Internet, etc. have met the basic requirements for operating the Public Service Portal, the working area, the space for arranging working counters, the reception - return of results area and the waiting area for people are spacious, reasonable and convenient, creating favorable conditions for people when coming to do transactions.

After nearly a month of operation, the Center has received and resolved 1,107 records in various fields under its authority; creating satisfaction among people and businesses.

Regarding the results of implementing socio -economic development tasks: Main indicators, socio-economic development situation in the first 6 months of 2025: Budget revenue of 3.7 billion VND, reaching 51.85%. Fund collection work: Gratitude 241.2 million VND, reaching 80.68%; People's voluntary contribution fund 1.4 billion VND, reaching 112.2%. The environment and irrigation sectors are guaranteed. The poverty rate in the commune is 0.93%.

In addition, the commune also reported to the Working Group on the tasks and solutions in the coming time and proposed solutions to some difficulties and problems still encountered.

Concluding the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive results that the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Ninh commune have achieved in the past time. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the commune continue to resolutely, comprehensively and synchronously implement the policies and guidelines of the Central Government and the province.
