According to the report of Nam Giang Commune People's Committee, there are currently 4 schools with 51 classes from kindergarten to junior high school.

Despite investment over the years, many classrooms and housing areas are now severely degraded; some toilets are damaged and almost unusable, affecting students' learning and daily activities.

After inspecting Nam Giang 1 Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Nam Giang Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities and Nam Giang Kindergarten, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested the commune authorities to comprehensively review the current status of the schools; determine the need for repairs and new construction and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to make plans for investment in facilities and equipment according to regulations.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee directed the locality to promptly complete the investment proposal dossier for the 2025-2026 period, prioritizing urgent items, especially housing and restrooms to ensure learning and living conditions for students.
