BTO-On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), on the morning of April 26, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai visited soldiers and families whose relatives directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign living in Tanh Linh district.
