On the afternoon of September 12, Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Head of Department III of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the decision of the Secretariat to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien, Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee, to cease holding the position of Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee, to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
At the conference, on behalf of the Central Organizing Committee, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Do Trong Hung congratulated Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien on being trusted by the Party Central Committee Secretariat to mobilize and appoint him to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. This is the Central Committee's recognition and high appreciation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien.
Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Do Trong Hung suggested that immediately after this conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien should continue to promote his experience, capacity, and courage, quickly integrate and grasp the local situation.
In his new position, Mr. Hien respectfully inherits and promotes the traditions and experiences of previous leaders, listens to people's opinions, is close to the grassroots; is dedicated, devoted, and innovates both thinking and working methods.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien, together with the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, united, joined hands, and unanimously led and directed the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 16th Ca Mau Provincial Party Congress.
Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Hien deeply understood that the newly assigned tasks and responsibilities are an honor and a great responsibility before the Party Committee, government and people of the province.
In his new position, he will try to grasp the work quickly, learn and integrate with the culture and people of Ca Mau; always make great efforts, constantly seek to learn and practice; be dedicated, devoted and wholeheartedly responsible for the common development of the province.
He always ensures to uphold principles, maintain discipline, especially solidarity and unity within the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, promote the achievements of previous generations of leaders, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Hien also hopes to continue receiving the attention, leadership, direction and assistance of the Central Committees, ministries and branches; especially the support, assistance and sharing of the Standing Committee members, the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, veteran cadres, colleagues, Party committees at all levels and the political system in the province to successfully complete the assigned tasks. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien was born in 1977, hometown in Hai Duong; PhD in Economics, Senior Political Theory. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien has a lot of experience in research and strategic advice in the socio-economic field.
He has held the following positions: Director of the Banking Strategy Institute under the State Bank of Vietnam; Director, Secretary of the Central Economic Committee, 12th tenure, concurrently Director of the Industry Department, Central Economic Committee.
From March 2020 to September 2024, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien was appointed by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Economic Commission (from December 2022).
On August 27, 2024, in Decision 1515-QD/TW, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien was assigned by the Secretariat to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term./.
