Recently, many new tax policies have come into effect, contributing significantly to supporting sustainable business development and promoting digital transformation. Along with that, many businesses also encounter many difficulties in the process of implementing these policies. Therefore, the training course focuses on pointing out new changes in tax policies; equipping necessary knowledge to prevent tax risks in business operations; and providing practical methods to optimize accounting processes, tax declarations and minimize unnecessary errors.
At the training course, Dr. Nguyen Van Thuc focused on 3 main topics: Updating regulations on electronic invoices and documents according to Decree 70/2025/ND-CP, effective from June 1, 2025; updating value-added tax policy according to Law No. 48/2024/QH15 effective from July 1, 2025; new tax policy when applying the amended and supplemented Law No. 56/2024/QH15. In particular, he also emphasized the cases where a list is allowed and where a list is not allowed; the content recorded on the invoice; regulations on applying electronic invoices generated from cash registers, etc.
At the same time, provide appropriate solutions for specific situations such as: Correcting invoices, adjusting or replacing invoices; making non-cash payments in transactions... Through solving practical problems, it helps businesses improve their financial and accounting management capacity and proactively respond to changes in tax policies.
