The 2024-2025 school year ended, and theeducation sector of Phu Ninh district continued to achieve proud results: the overall quality was improved compared to the general level of the province; the work of building schools that meet national standards was maintained; participation in provincial competitions and exams achieved high results.
Notably, Phu Ninh district students studying at high schools participated in provincial, national and international competitions for excellent students and won 81 prizes. Of which, in the Math competition for excellent students, they won 2 gold medals; in the national competition for excellent students, they won 3 consolation prizes and 2 first prizes; in the provincial competition for excellent students, they won 6 first prizes, 12 second prizes, 36 third prizes and 20 consolation prizes.
At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district commended and awarded Certificates of Merit to 187 students with outstanding achievements in the 2024-2025 school year. At the same time, they praised and honored 100 students who overcame all difficulties and obstacles in life to become good children and good students; a shining example of will and determination to strive to study and practice.
Notably, at the ceremony, the Chairman of Phu Ninh District People's Committee awarded the collective of Nguyen Binh Khiem High School for the Gifted and two students Nguyen Tri Hien and Nguyen Tri Hau, Grade 11 students specializing in Mathematics at Nguyen Binh Khiem High School for the Gifted, who won gold medals at the 2nd International Mathematical Olympiad in 2025 held in Turkmenistan.
On behalf of the leaders of Phu Ninh district, Mr. Nguyen Huu Binh - Vice Chairman of Phu Ninh District People's Committee warmly commended and congratulated the students for their efforts in studying, cultivating virtue and talent and achieving excellent students and exemplary students in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
