Over the past 8 years (2017-2024), since the Provincial Women's Union implemented Project 939 on "Supporting women to start businesses", up to now, women's awareness in the area about starting businesses and developing businesses has been improved.

The Provincial Women's Union has supported 282 women in starting businesses and startups; coordinated and supported the establishment of 30 cooperative groups and 69 cooperatives managed by women. Through startup support activities, women have boldly realized their startup ideas, created livelihoods, and improved family life.

At the workshop, delegates and female business and cooperative owners listened to speakers discuss three topics: Developing organic agriculture and circular economy along the value chain - the driving force to promote women's start-up and innovation movements; directions of the Department of Science and Technology to promote women's start-up and cooperative movements in the province; policies and opportunities to support women's start-up in cooperatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

The workshop is an activity that contributes to promoting women in realizing business ideas and the development of start-up enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, and business households, contributing to the implementation of national goals on enterprise development and the national strategy on gender equality.

Encourage women-owned businesses and cooperatives to develop products, improve production processes, provide new services, use renewable energy sources, produce organic, clean, circular, environmentally friendly products, etc. to create many quality products.

On this occasion, the Provincial Women's Union awarded a 2025 startup model support plaque to 2 models, worth 50 million VND/model.
