The Women's Union of Krong Buk commune has 39 branches with 3,198 members. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Union effectively implemented many emulation movements and campaigns such as "Building Dak Lak women of the new era", "Building families of 5 no's, 3 clean's", "Changing the thinking and working methods in ethnic minority women's households" associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Consensus - Creativity - Development", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Krong Buk commune strives to: help at least 6 women's households escape poverty each year; build 2 cooperative models applying science and technology; mobilize 90% of members to use electronic payments; support women to start businesses, accompany ethnic minority women to develop sustainable economy.

By 2030, strive for 100% of cadres and members to be equipped with basic digital skills and have level 2 electronic identification accounts; 90% of women and parents with children under 16 years old to be equipped with knowledge on child rearing, violence prevention and child protection in cyberspace.
