In the spirit of promoting democracy and high responsibility, the Congress focused on discussing and approving documents of the Party Committee of the commune submitted to the Congress; approved the report summarizing comments on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the draft political report submitted to the 1st Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee; Objectively assessed the achieved results, pointed out the shortcomings, causes, and lessons learned in the process of merging and operating the new government organization; Approved the Resolution on the direction, goals, and tasks of socio-economic development, national defense, security, and Party building and political system building for the 2025-2030 term.

The discussion contents at the Congress clearly demonstrated seriousness, responsibility, close adherence to the actual situation, and meeting the requirements of local development orientation in the new context.

Based on the synthesis of enthusiastic contributions, the Congress clearly identified major orientations, key tasks and key solutions for the 2025-2030 term. In the 2025-2030 term, the whole commune will continue to maintain political stability, strengthen the great national unity bloc; Improve the quality of the political system, the effectiveness of state management and the responsibility to serve the people; Focus on leading sustainable economic development associated with environmental protection, effectively exploiting the potential strengths of the locality; Focus on planning, infrastructure investment, and advanced new rural construction...

Mr. Do Quoc Tuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Phu Son Commune, Lam Ha, approved the political report presented to the Congress.

In particular, the Congress requires the entire Party Committee to be determined to innovate leadership methods, improve the quality of Party activities, promote the vanguard and exemplary role of cadres and Party members in performing tasks, thereby creating substantial changes in social life and trust among the people.

Speaking at the Congress, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Major General Truong Minh Duong praised the outstanding achievements that the Party Committee and people of Phu Son Lam Ha commune have achieved in the past term. He emphasized that Phu Son needs to continue to promote its revolutionary tradition, maintain the great national unity bloc, focus on socio-economic development associated with ensuring national defense and security, and build an increasingly strong political system.

The comrade requested the commune to quickly stabilize the organization, focus on socio-economic development in the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear results, clear deadlines, clear roadmaps"; maximize the potential and advantages of the locality for sustainable development. In addition to the 13 breakthroughs as identified by the Congress, the comrade requested the Party Committee to pay attention to social security, poverty reduction, create a favorable environment for the development of the private economy; promote comprehensive digital transformation; strengthen Party building in terms of a strong political system; strengthen national defense and security; maintain social order and safety; and prevent complicated hotspots at the grassroots level.
