(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 10, Thuong Ly Ward, Hong Bang District organized a National Festival, launched the model of "Solidarity, prosperity, and happiness" and formed the national flag at Residential Group No. 3, Vinhomes Imperia Urban Area - the pilot unit of the National Festival to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025). Attending were comrades: Do Viet Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Pham Van Doan, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee.

Residential Group No. 3 - Vinhomes Imperia Urban Area (Thuong Ly Ward, Hong Bang District) was established under Resolution No. 19/2021/NQ-HDND dated August 12, 2021 of the City People's Council. Every year, the Residential Group actively coordinates with mass organizations of Thuong Ly Ward to regularly care for, care for, and help policy households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances in the ward to stabilize their lives.
