Recorded on Phan Dinh Phung, To Ngoc Van, Hai Thuong, Nguyen Thi Nghia planning area..., heavy rain caused water from upstream to not drain in time and overflowed onto the road and into people's houses.

Phan Dinh Phung stream water overflowed onto the road causing severe flooding.

Many cars parked on the street were also flooded.

Motorbikes were flooded deeply

The water could not drain in time and flooded into people's houses, causing damage to property.

According to Lam Dong Province Hydrometeorological Station, in about 1 hour from 11:40 to 12:40 in Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat recorded 61.4mm of rain, some neighboring areas also recorded heavy rain. There is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep hillsides.
