In his opening speech, Colonel Bui Duc Hien, Deputy Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, emphasized: In recent years, the combat training of missile troops, especially the training of officers and coordination of combat crews at all levels, has had many progressive changes. The command capacity, professional expertise, bravery and combat practice of combat crews have been improved, meeting the requirements of the mission.
Faced with the current requirements and tasks of combat readiness and airspace management of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, the Service has been directed by the Party, the State, and the Central Military Commission to build the Service straight towards modernity, placing urgent requirements on the combat crews of the air defense missile regiment command to train officers and soldiers to exploit and effectively use new equipment and weapons.

The 2025 air defense missile regiment command post combat team exercise aims to evaluate the results of combat training, combat readiness capabilities of the air defense missile force in the new situation with higher requirements, hypothetical situations, forms, plots and tricks of enemy operations, combat objects close to the reality of recent and future wars. At the same time, it is also an opportunity for combat teams to study, exchange experiences, practice mettle, foster capacity, supplement knowledge in organization, combat command and training organization close to the reality of the unit in the new situation.

In order for the exercise to achieve its objectives and requirements, the Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Air Defense - Air Force Service requested the Steering Committee and the Organizing Committee to conduct the exercise with correct and complete content, ensuring a strict, scientific and absolutely safe program. The jury must closely follow the instructions, plans, instructions, and exercise regulations, promote a sense of responsibility, evaluate the results objectively and honestly, and accurately reflect the level of the combat teams.
