The weather this afternoon in Ho Chi Minh City is hot with temperatures around 32-33 degrees Celsius. About 1 hour before the preliminary ceremony, a shower came but could not stop the determination and will of the forces.
Around the stands, the soldiers and policemen sang traditional songs and songs about Uncle Ho.

The program includes: drum performance; art formation; art performance; ceremony and the main part is the parade with the participation of more than 13,000 people.
The opening ceremony was a 30-minute art performance with the participation of more than 1,000 people.
Drum performance with the theme "Epic of Victory", performed by the Drum Art Troupe of the People's Police Academy ( Ministry of Public Security ).
Next is the art puzzle program with the theme "The Country is Full of Joy", performed by artists and soldiers of the Army Ceremonial Troupe, the Art Troupe of Military Region 1, Military Region 3, Military Region 9, etc.


Along with the flag-raising ceremony is the moment when the artillery team (at Bach Dang Wharf) simultaneously fires 21 cannon shots to the background of the National Anthem.
With the speeches of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary To Lam is expected to deliver a commemorative speech. In addition, there will be speeches by representatives of the forces participating in the Ho Chi Minh campaign and speeches by representatives of the young generation.
The most anticipated part of the celebration is the parade, a march of armed forces and the masses, in which for the first time the Chinese army participates in parade rehearsals.
Participating in the preliminary parade and march were 38 groups of armed forces (25 groups of Army, militia, 13 groups of Public Security), parade groups of the Chinese, Lao and Cambodian armies and 12 parade groups representing mass organizations.

The parade of the police blocks includes: Command vehicles and police teams with full force; block of male officers of the People's Security; block of male officers of the People's Police; block of male officers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police; block of officers of the People's Police Air Force; block of female officers of the Traffic Police; block of male officers of the Ho Chi Minh City Police; block of officers of the United Nations Peacekeeping Police; block of male Mobile Police soldiers; block of female soldiers of the Special Forces Police; block of male Mobile Police soldiers in combat reserve; block of male forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level; block of Mobile Police Cavalry.





12 parade blocks include: Block honoring the People's Armed Forces Heroes, Labor Heroes, and typical historical witnesses (parading on vehicles); Vietnam Fatherland Front; Veterans block; Former Youth Volunteers for Liberation; Workers block; Farmers block; Intellectuals block; Businessmen block; Overseas Vietnamese block; Women block; Children and Youth block; Culture - Sports block.
After passing the stage, the parade continued to spread out onto the main streets.
Route 1: Turn left and follow Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Loi - Nguyen Hue - Ben Bach Dang Park.
Route 2: Turn left and follow Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Loi - Le Lai - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Tao Dan Park.
Route 3: Turn right and follow Nam Ky Khoi Nghia – Nguyen Dinh Chieu – Dinh Tien Hoang – Hoa Lu Stadium.
Route 4: Turn right and follow Nam Ky Khoi Nghia – Dien Bien Phu - Hai Ba Trung – Le Van Tam Park.
