On June 3, the Hai Chau District Labor Federation held a conference to summarize union activities for the 2024-2025 school year and deploy organizational arrangements in the spirit of Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW of the 11th Central Conference, 13th tenure.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the school trade union activities under the District Labor Federation have many innovations and creativity, improving the quality and efficiency of grassroots trade union activities. The work of caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers at schools has been focused on; organizing the Union Day - welcoming the spring of At Ty 2025, giving 1,800 gifts to union members and workers with a total cost of 1.8 billion VND; giving away 6,000 free shopping vouchers with a cost of 600 million VND; organizing "Union Bus", free health check-ups for workers, effectively implementing the emulation movements "Good worker, creative worker", "Good at school work, good at housework"; maintaining the union member welfare program; organizing many cultural, artistic and sports activities. The conference honored 36 collectives and 54 outstanding individuals in the emulation movement for excellent workers and building a strong trade union organization in the 2024-2025 school year.
