In the period of 2021-2025, under the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee, the Party Committee - Military Region Command and Party committees and commanders at all levels, mass work in the Military Region 3 has had positive changes. Emulation movements have achieved quality, practical effectiveness, creating a deep and wide spread with many good models and creative ways such as: "Youth Union with good training - strict discipline", "Two friends progressing together", "Model training day", "On duty is in combat position", "Safe on duty", "Teach well, study well, practice strictly", "Reporting Club", "Women entering science and technology", "Youth mastery border", "Bowl of love porridge", "Godmother"...; implementing the program "House of 100 Dong", "Trade Union shelter", cadres, union members and association members have contributed more than 3.2 billion VND; Actively coordinate activities with local mass organizations and twinned units, contributing to building political bases, strengthening national defense and security, developing the economy , culture and society in the stationed area...

Major General Khuc Thanh Du, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 3, presented flowers to congratulate the conference.

In the 2021-2025 period, 300 collectives and 1,200 individuals with good achievements were commended at all levels; many organizations, cadres, union members and association members won high prizes in competitions organized by the Central Committee and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Khuc Thanh Du acknowledged and commended the achievements of cadres, union members, association members and workers in the Military Region's Armed Forces in recent years.

Major General Khuc Thanh Du requested that in the coming time, Party committees, commanders, political agencies at all levels and mass organizations in the Military Region's armed forces thoroughly grasp and strictly implement resolutions and directives of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the Standing Committee of the Party Committee - Command of Military Region 3 and directive documents of the General Department of Politics.

Major General Khuc Thanh Du presented the flag of Military Region 3 Command to collectives with outstanding achievements in carrying out mass work.

Along with that, improve the capacity to advise and deploy activities; concretize the goals and targets in the action program close to the reality and tasks of each agency and unit; strengthen inspection, promptly commend and replicate advanced models, create a driving force for widespread dissemination, effectively deploy movements and campaigns; improve the quality of coordination activities with local socio-political organizations in a practical and effective direction, creating a spreading effect.

At the conference, 18 collectives and 25 individuals were commended for their outstanding achievements in carrying out mass work in the 2021-2025 period.
