The Ho Chi Minh City Market Management Department has issued a document directing the market management team to investigate and verify the branch of Ha Linh Official Trading and Service Joint Stock Company according to the complaint. However, up to now, there is not enough basis to provide official information.

On the afternoon of May 22, at the socio -economic press conference, the Market Management Department, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade issued a document responding to the inspection of the reflection related to TikToker Vo Ha Linh.

Accordingly, the reporter asked about the fact that the Director of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, had sent a document requesting the Ho Chi Minh City Market Management Department to urge the inspection and handling of the reflection related to Ms. Vo Ha Linh (ie TikToker Vo Ha Linh).

Previously, a consumer sent a complaint about this TikToker's unusually deep discount when livestreaming to sell products, selling significantly lower than the market price, even lower than the listed price of the manufacturer or official distributor.

In March, the Vietnam Association for Consumer Protection (Vicopro) sent a document to the authorities requesting a review of online sales activities of KOLs and KOCs.

In which, Ms. Vo Ha Linh and the Ha Linh Official channel were mentioned, reflecting the behavior of dumping, providing poor quality goods and calling on people to stockpile goods.

Regarding this issue, the Ho Chi Minh City Market Management Department said that on May 15, this unit issued a document directing the market management team to investigate and verify the branch of Ha Linh Official Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.

However, because the case is still under verification, there is not enough basis to provide official information. When there are specific results, the Ho Chi Minh City Market Management Department will report to the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, and will issue a document providing full and timely information to the press.
