After 2 years of implementing Resolution No. 33 dated September 17, 2020 of the Provincial People's Council on the Project on developing information technology applications and building digital government in Quang Nam province for the period 2021 - 2025, up to now, the whole province has 8 districts and cities inaugurating and operating IOC centers including: Tam Ky, Bac Tra My, Duy Xuyen, Hiep Duc, Nam Tra My, Thang Binh, Dong Giang, Nong Son.

All agencies, units and localities have established steering committees and teams to assist in digital transformation and developed documents to synchronously implement digital transformation content; the province has approved the content of maintaining and updating the e-government architecture of Quang Nam province 2.0.

The province's public service portal and electronic one-stop information system have been connected to the National Public Service Portal; providing and publicizing 1,371 online public services on the National Public Service Portal to serve the administrative procedure settlement needs of organizations and individuals inside and outside the province.

Regarding the current status of human resources in information technology and digital transformation, currently departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, and units have 1-2 officers in charge.

In recent times, the province has regularly organized training courses to improve the qualifications and skills of IT staff in managing and operating shared application systems, managing electronic information pages, information security, and responding to computer incidents.

To date, the province has trained 5,000 officials in digital transformation; 3,600 members of community technology teams have been trained and 1,000 people have been trained and guided in digital transformation.

In addition, units and localities have organized digital transformation training for nearly 500 civil servants and public employees; organized digital skills training for nearly 2,000 leaders, Party and State agencies from the province to the grassroots level...
