According to the report of Nam Giang District People's Committee, up to now,
At present, the locality has completed and handed over 5.29/5.87 hectares of land, reaching about 90% of the area.

On this basis, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province requested the Project Management Board 46 - General Staff to urgently develop and implement a suitable construction plan on the handed over area, without waiting until the completion of all compensation and site clearance work of the entire project.

Proactively arrange machinery, equipment and mobilize human resources to immediately carry out construction of items within the scope and investment responsibility of the unit. In the immediate future, prioritize the implementation of leveling and clearing work on the area that has been handed over; closely coordinate with the People's Committee of Nam Giang district to monitor the progress of handing over the remaining area.

The People's Committee of Nam Giang district continues to direct the implementation of compensation and site clearance tasks; relevant units and localities focus on coordinating and urgently completing the compensation, support and resettlement work of the project to arrange residents in the area of ​​Truong Son Dong road.

At the same time, continue to promote propaganda, mobilization and persuasion of the remaining households in the area of ​​Ho Chi Minh road and Truong Son Dong road to create consensus in project implementation, ensuring that people clearly understand the purpose and significance of the project, as well as the rights, mechanisms and policies enjoyed during the process of compensation, support and resettlement.

Strive to complete the handover of the remaining area to Project Management Board 46 no later than May 2025.

The project to arrange residents in the area of ​​Truong Son Dong Street includes compensation and site clearance with an area of ​​about 5.87 hectares; investment in construction of leveling items with an area of ​​about ^753m2 ; concrete yard area with an area of ​​about ^1,273m2 ; construction of fences and drainage ditches; resettlement arrangement for households.

The project will be implemented in Thanh My town in the period of 2023 - 2025 with a total investment of nearly 36 billion VND, from the provincial budget, with the People's Committee of Nam Giang district as the investor.
