At the meeting, Halcom Group proposed to focus investment on the company's strengths including: wind power, solar power, waste-to-energy treatment (waste-to-energy), biomass power, along with urban and rural water supply and drainage projects.

Halcom affirms its commitment to accompany Quang Nam in its sustainable development strategy, with a total expected investment capital for these fields of up to thousands of billion VND in the period 2025 - 2030.

In particular, in the field of renewable energy, Halcom proposed to accelerate the progress of surveying, planning and investing in wind and solar power projects in potential areas of the province.

In addition to energy, the fields of water supply, drainage and solid waste treatment are also the focus of cooperation in Halcom's proposal. The enterprise said it has experience in implementing large-scale water plants such as Thuan Thanh Water Plant in Bac Ninh, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone water supply system in Binh Dinh with a total capacity of up to 50,000m3 /day.

This is the basis for Halcom to commit to developing modern water supply, wastewater and solid waste treatment projects, suitable for the urgent needs of developing urban areas in Quang Nam.

For waste-to-energy and biomass power, waste-to-energy solutions, Halcom aims to transform the waste management model from “treatment” to “utilization” to produce clean electricity, while minimizing environmental impacts, in line with ESG (environmental - social - governance) standards of international financial institutions such as the World Bank and ADB.

Halcom is also interested in technical and environmental consulting. The company proposed to participate in the bidding package "Independent environmental and social monitoring consultancy" under the Quang Nam province's integrated adaptive development project, using loans from the World Bank (WB). This is Halcom's strength with more than 300 consulting contracts in 63 provinces and cities and more than 23 years of experience in this field.
