
The training program took place over two days (May 15-16), with the participation of about 60 delegates who are members of the Provincial ISO Steering Committee, leaders, civil servants of departments, branches, branches, and People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities. This is the core force, playing a key role in implementing, operating, and improving the quality management system in state administrative agencies.
Training content includes: Legal basis and practice of applying ISO 9001 standard in administrative agencies; basic requirements of TCVN ISO 9001:2015 standard; responsibilities of agencies in self-reviewing, evaluating and ensuring the management system complies with standard requirements; necessary activities to maintain and improve the quality management system; guidance on applying some effective quality improvement tools.
The program also includes a discussion and resolution of difficulties and problems in the practical implementation process.
Maintaining and continuously improving the quality management system is not only a requirement in current administrative management, but also an important solution to enhance transparency, efficiency and accountability in public service provision, meeting the requirements of administrative reform in the new period.
Through training, we contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative apparatus, towards a modern, professional administration and serving the people better and better.
